You must create an account with theamritsarstore.com in order to make online purchases and to enjoy other benefits. You will find that registering is easy and FREE!

Account creation gives you 24-hour shopping privileges and advance notices of theamritsarstore.com promotions, plus the following additional benefits
1. You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise. 
2. You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

What If I forget my username?


If you have forgotten your username, please go to My Account. At Login Type, please select email. Please enter your registered email and password. Click submit to login. Once logged in, to your account, click on Personal Info so that you may retrieve your username.

 

What if I can’t remember my password?


1. Please go to "MY ACCOUNT". Under "SUBMIT" please click on "Forgot your password?"

2. Enter the email address associated with your theamritsarstore.com account.

3. An email will be sent to you within 30 minutes to reset the password and give you access to your account.

 

How do I cancel an order?

No. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

 

How do I exchange a product?


Send the unused product in its original packing back to us at Khanna Impex, 1087/11, 1st Floor, N0.13, Mahajan Market, Gali Acharjan, Near Karmon Deori, Amritsar-143001, India. The product needs to be free from signs of wear and tear, have an invoice or proof of purchase. No responsibility lies with Khanna Impex for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Can I ask for a product that is not available in my size currently?


The products displayed at the website best reflect our current collection and if it is unavailable on the website, it is simply unavailable. For further enquiry regarding any time in the future when it might be available or if we can source it for you, add the product to your wishlist or drop us a mail at care@theamritsarstore.com.

 

Do you match price with other sites?


Our prices are very competitive and our pricing policy reflects our belief in our products’ and services’ worth. We do not match prices with others who offer the worth of their respective products and services.

Prices and Currency:


The Amritsar Store makes every effort to ensure that pricing is consistent at all of its locations, including theamritsarstore.com. In some occasions, there may be price differences due to promotional events and special offers. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Indian Rupees, Euro and US Dollar. 
 

How do I return a product?


We have a 10-day return policy. For that to be effected, we need an invoice or proof of purchase, original packing and the product in pristine, unused condition. Send the product to us at Khanna Impex, 1087/11, 1st Floor, N0.13, Mahajan Market, Gali Acharjan, Near Karmon Deori, Amritsar-143001, India. We will access the product for wear and tear and send you a refund once it is approved.

For products returned for defects, the products are sent back to the company manufacturing it and after they approve, you can choose between credit, exchange or refund.

Contact our customer service executives at care@theamritsarstore.com and your return will be arranged for within 1-3 business days.

Your orders can only be refunded against the credit card that was used to make the original order and we claim no responsibility for goods lost or damaged during transit.

You can also avail a refund, exchange or credit in case of faulty, wrongly described, different to the product purchased on the website or misleading advertised products.

 

Have you received my returned goods?


Whenever we receive returned goods, we send out an email notification to the custome, if refund of money is selected, we instruct our payment partners to credit money back into your credit/debit card account. The process takes a minimum of 7 days.

 

How do I track my order?


You can track your order online via information that we will email to you.

 

How do I check the status of my order and track my package?


Log into "MY ACCOUNT" located at the top of the page and click to "PAST ORDERS".

  1. Click on Order # to find Order status.

      Go to Track Order.

  1. Make sure to have order # and email address available.

Confirmations are sent via email without undue delay when 1) your order has been received and 2) your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.

If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.

  1. Select theamritsarstore.com as a trusted website domain in your spam filter.
  2. To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to "MY ACCOUNT" to verify your order has been placed before resubmitting your order.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order status to change.

Why was my order cancelled?


The Amritsar store was unable to verify the billing information if the billing address that is entered on the order does not match what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically cancelled.

If your order has been cancelled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.

What if my item is out of stock?


Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive an "out-of-stock" email notice and the item will be removed from your order.

Please note, that you will NOT be charged for any out-of-stock items. You will only be charged for items that will be shipped.

How long will it take to deliver my order?


We try to process and pack your orders as soon as possible and most orders will leave within 2 business days of placing the order. The shipping time can vary between 7-10 business days or even more according to your location. Please refer to our Shipping Information

What if I am not home to receive my courier?


You need to sign when you receive your order, so if you are not at home during business hours, before placing your order, you can give the delivery address for your work place or any other place. In case you do miss your delivery, you will have to contact the local office of the courier company and they will guide you through the process of pick up.

 

Can I modify my order after it has been placed? 


No. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
