    Bheeja Kulcha (wet bread) is a a spicy Ambersari delicacy prepared from the Kulchas. Kulcha is a flat bread commonly consumed by people in North India. Generally stuffed kulcha is made from all purpose flour and can be enjoyed with most Indian curries. The ingredients that go into its making are all-purpose flour, milk, curd, baking powder, cooking soda, sugar, salt, black sesame, coriander leaves, oil, butter.
